Delete your Pawprint account

You can permanently delete your Pawprint account from any web browser. You do not need the installed app.

  1. Open Pawprint using the button below and sign in.
  2. Open your profile from the round initial button.
  3. Select Delete my account and confirm by typing DELETE.

What is deleted

Your authentication identity, profile name and Pack memberships are deleted. Shared care entries are anonymised as Deleted user. If you are the only person in a Pack, that Pack and its pet records are deleted too.

Pack Leaders

If other active members remain, leadership passes to the longest-standing eligible member so their shared pet history is not orphaned.
