1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Creative Consult Ltd when you use Pawprint. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information.
2. What Pawprint provides
Pawprint is a private dog routine tracker that lets authorised members of a Pack record, share and review pet care events. Features may include timelines, summaries, pattern-based insights, exports and Pack management.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Google sign-in is optional and is also subject to Google’s terms.
4. Packs, roles and user content
Pack Leaders and Admins decide who is invited and what role each person receives. Members must use Pack information only for the care purpose for which access was given. If you remove someone, they lose access but care records already shared with the Pack may remain.
You retain ownership of information you add. You give Creative Consult Ltd a limited permission to host, copy, process and display that information only as needed to operate and improve Pawprint. You confirm you have the right to add it and will avoid including unnecessary personal or confidential information in notes.
5. Not veterinary advice
Insights are generated from the events your Pack records and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not delay seeking professional help because of information shown in Pawprint. Contact a veterinary professional if you are concerned about an animal, and use an appropriate emergency service when urgent care may be needed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not misuse Pawprint, attempt to access another Pack without permission, disrupt or probe the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to harm an animal or person. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, animals, the service or legal rights.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Internet access, devices and third-party services can affect operation. We may fix, update, replace or withdraw features and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
8. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for care decisions and for checking that records are accurate and current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Consult Ltd is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on incomplete user-entered data, unavailable connectivity, third-party services or use contrary to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or affects your statutory consumer rights.
9. Ending your use
You may stop using Pawprint or delete your account at any time. Account deletion removes your sign-in, profile and memberships; shared records may be anonymised and retained for remaining Pack members. See our deletion information. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breach, legal requirements or security risks.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service develops. We will publish the current version and effective date here and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate.
